Patricia Vargas Vegas

Attorney

Patricia was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela where she completed her undergraduate education at Universidad Central de Venezuela, graduating with a B.A. in International Studies in 2008. Patricia obtained her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, TN in 2015. After law school she moved to Florida where she worked for Legal Services of Greater Miami and Florida Rural Legal Services, primarily handling family law cases. Upon moving to Columbus, Ohio in 2017, Patricia worked for a private law firm as a family law attorney and subsequently joined Southeastern Ohio Legal Services as pro bono coordinator and later Managing Attorney of the Pro Bono team. Patricia is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio (admitted in 2018) and the State of Florida (admitted in 2016) and she is a native Spanish speaker.
